The game features three types of slimes: green, blue, and red. Green slimes are stationary and can be pushed into the water, but are immune to fireballs. Blue slimes, on the other hand, chase the main character and can be destroyed with a fireball or by pushing them into the water. Red slimes also chase you, but they can only be pushed into the water.

Fireballs in Slimoban have the added functionality of moving blocks. If these blocks fall into the water, they destroy both the water and themselves. Some slimes behave similarly, while others simply drown. Be careful, as fireball magic bottles and keys can also sink. The game consists of 30 challenging levels, with controls that include arrows, WASD, screen buttons, and click/tap for shooting.
